You can start this program on any date that suits your schedule. Many detoxers adjust their start dates to fit travel or work commitments. We recommend starting on a Monday if you intend to do the diet in week 4, so that the challenging last 2 days are in the weekend
No. It's optional. The Week 4 diet is designed to accelerate fat loss, but you’ll still get great results by continuing with your clean eating plan. Week 4 does take a lot of work to organise. Many participants see excellent progress without it.

I didn’t realise how much processed food and sugar was slipping in to my diet. I am a lot more organised and have meals planned now, which stops me snacking as much. Yes I was addicted to coffee and will now not drink it anymore My body doesn't really like caffeine, sugar craves more sugar!, my body is more capable than I think and can easily be pushed more than I think.
The results are in...and my big surprise was how much extra weight I've been carrying, and what a few little changes make. We get so lazy on the little things (sweets, drinks)...but having a flat stomach again is so good. Back to a weight I was in 2015. For me the biggest win was the Body Fat loss.

I haven’t been under 100kgs for quite a while. I weighed myself the week prior to the detox at 104.3 kgs and finished the program weighing in at 92.2kgs. I learnt a lot with the program and will continue to implement some of these things moving forward. Can’t believe that soccer ball head has gone, I lost 3 chins and not to mention a lot of that stomach.
